Your story matters. This is photography for your real life.
Real life sessions for people who want photographs they’ll love forever. Toronto + Northumberland County.
This isn’t going to be perfect.
Which is perfect.
I work with so many families who just want to relax at their photo session. To not stress that the house isn’t tidy. To wear the clothes they feel comfortable in. To be flexible for meltdowns or spills or arguments.
I GET IT.
I photograph your real life. Family meals. Exhaustingly beautiful new babies. Coffee. Friends. Meltdowns. So much mess. Pets + plants + all your life stuff. I photograph your beautifully imperfect life to make sure that your memories — those very real moments of what life is actually like — are forever part of your family’s history.
Whether it’s hanging at your house on Saturday morning, welcoming your tiny new baby in the world or capturing your every day family meal, I capture life the way you’re living it. This is what real life photography is all about.
Let’s do something different.
At home. Normal clothes. Stuff on the counters. Sticky fingers. Comfortable. Your family should be remembered this way.
Homework. Diner breakfasts. Neighbourhood walks. Coffee shops. Walks in the woods. Let me show you how the ordinary can be extraordinary.
Hours old. Fresh blankets. Tiny feet. Visitors. Sleep. Uncertain nerves. Certain love. Reminding you that your tiniest addition can also be the biggest.
Hey, it’s me!
I am a real life family photographer based in Toronto and serving the GTA and Northumberland County. I was once the person who put off taking family photos because it never felt like the ‘right’ time. The kids were too wild. The house was too messy. Sound familiar? Then I noticed that life was just rushing past me and I was missing it all. And that terrified me. Photography is about preserving moments that create memories: whatever that looks like. For me, that does not mean staging perfect photo sessions in places that are unfamiliar to you. I work with families who have decided to stop waiting until their life looks different. Families who understand that the imperfectly perfect real, raw, unposed stories of your life are sitting there waiting to be told. These are the things we will want to remember. Are you ready to capture your story?
